Edmonton Electroplating and Fairmont Electroplating have been supplying quality automobile and truck bumpers, plastic covers (fascias) and re-enforcement (impact) bars for over forty years. We are Western Canada’s largest producer and supplier of re-manufactured bumpers, covers and rebars. Our plant and branch outlets employ skilled craftsmen dedicated to producing products that meet the high quality standards our customers demand.
Increased demand for our products over the past years have challenged our production capacity and have compelled us to find new ways to fill orders and remain competitive. Due to factors which apply to all re-manufacturers such a labor costs, availability of raw material and product price, some of the products we sell cannot consistently be supplied as O.E.M. re-manufactured products.
Efforts to secure adequate stocks of O.E.M. cores to re-manufacture are an ongoing concern for Edmonton Electroplating and Fairmont Electroplating. Cores are constantly being purchased to offset shortages and while many parts in our catalog have deep stocks of O.E.M. cores, some makes and models of cores are scarce or unavailable. Repairing the customer’s own part has always been a service option offered, provided the core to be worked on is cost effectively repairable and adequate time to re-manufacture the part is allowed for. We assume no responsibility to fill orders from customer own cores deemed
non-repairable.
